From dirt work to dollars
In 2014, John Seaman founded JC Construction out of Marion, North Carolina with nothing but grit and a willingness to outwork everyone around him. Over the last decade, that company grew into JC Property Professionals — a multi-million-dollar operation handling grading, demolition, tree services, excavating, and house site prep across Western NC.
John started documenting the daily reality of running a blue-collar business on YouTube and social media. The audience grew organically — and people started asking for advice. That led to Dirt to Dollars, a coaching program built to help trades entrepreneurs start, scale, and market their businesses. When industry mentors were hard to find, John made it his mission to be that for others.
